Maintain Your Wheelchair Health during COVID  Hosted by Oregon Spinal Cord Injury Connection, Permobil, and Oregon Office on Disability and Health at OHSUMonday, June 8, 2020 at 12 PM PST Wheelchairs, their cushions and assistive technology require attention, care, and maintenance to ensure they perform well and stay clean and disinfected during COVID. This will help you avoid illness and stay moving. This webinar reviewed procedures for cleaning and disinfecting manual and power wheelchairs at home, as well as review general at-home maintenance. The presenters also offer tips on the appropriate techniques while performing maintenance. The webinar is intended for people who use a wheelchair and/or assistive technology and their families, as well as healthcare professionals including primary care providers  and occupational and physical therapists.
